Minnesota Removes Cap on On-Demand CLE for Lawyers in Category 3
The Supreme Court of Minnesota Issued an Order Removing the Cap on On-Demand CLE for Lawyers in Category 3 (lawyers due to report their compliance on August 31, 2020 – for the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2020).Attorneys in Category 3 may now earn all of their CLE credits via On-Demand courses.
