Montana CLE – via Reciprocity

Montana will honor the approval given by other CLE jurisdictions, so if a seminar has been approved for CLE credit in the state in which it is held, there is no need to apply for approval of CLE credit in Montana. Simply attach documentation of the other state’s approval to your affidavit at the end of the reporting year.
To claim credit, attorneys should submit documentation of the other state’s approval to the Montana Commission of CLE at cle@montanabar.org. Examples of acceptable forms of documentation include attendance certificates, program flyers, print-outs from the sponsor’s website, etc. – all of which is available from CLEwebinars.com.
There is no charge for Montana attorneys to submit this request for credit to the State Bar of Montana for CLE credit.

For CLE courses you can complete and submit for credit, see – Internet For Lawyers CLE webinars
